The Craigellachie Hotel was built in 1893 and is located within the beautiful village of the Craigellachie near Elgin. While the hotel still offers the rare opportunity to savour the style and elegance of a by-gone era, all the comforts of a first-class hotel await you with dedicated team members to ensure your stay is everything you would expect.
 
The Craigellachie Hotel has 26 en-suite bedrooms. Each bedroom has been decorated gracefully and homely to enhance the character of each room.
 
Our master bedrooms and mini-suites offer some of the most beautiful views of the surrounding areas including the River Spey and the famous Robert Telford Bridge built in 1814.

Almost 700 different single malts around all the walls await you in this cosy, almost club-like atmosphere ~ one of the largest selection of drinking single malt whiskies in the world !

Wander around the room feasting your eyes on the incredible sight of all these single malts just waiting for you to try them- no room for pictures here!

Touch, feel and even pick up - but be careful not to drop - the bottles and decide which one you want to try: don't forget to check your wallet or credit card as we have several that cost over £100 per nip and the current most expensive will set you back £275 !
We also conduct nosings and tastings for up to 20 people and will be delighted to discuss your requirements or do 'ad hoc' tastings in the bar.
