Chisholm's Restaurant is positioned on the original platforms of the former Princes Street Railway Station. An archway, which was the exit to the train station, can still be seen in the Restaurant today. Chisholm's offers a variety of brasserie style International and local cuisine throughout the day.

The Lounge is located on the ground floor, with views of Edinburgh Castle making this an ideal meeting place in the centre of town. A large selection of sandwiches, snacks and beverages are available throughout the day and we offer a sumptuous Afternoon Tea from 3pm to 5.30pm. To get to the hotel - From the A9 and M8, exit onto A8 at junction 2 and follow the signs for Edinburgh City Centre. The hotel can be found on the right as you enter the city centre at the West End of Princes Street.
