visit to Caol Ila (pronounced 'cull-eela') situated on the north eastern shores of Islay, reveals two of the finest views in the world of whisky. Here you can see distillers at work, tending the six copper stills, a treat in itself. Turn around and you can look out across the Sound of Islay to the spectacular Paps of Jura.
