Benromach Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky has teamed up with the Scottish Highlands & Islands Film Commission to sponsor the ?Benromach Villa? at the Cannes Film Festival 2008.
Held between the 14th ? 25th May the Benromach Villa will be used by the Scottish Highlands & Islands Film Commission as a platform to promote Moray to around 1,800 industry professionals, many of whom may be looking to shoot in the Highlands and Islands.
Throughout the Festival a number of Benromach tastings and tutorials will be held at the Benromach Villa to raise awareness of the single malt from Speyside?s smallest working distillery. The Benromach Villa will also be used invite key French customers to sample Benromach and soak up the atmosphere at one of the world?s most prestigious and influential film festivals.
A reception on a Macbeth theme has been arranged with more than 300 specially selected film industry guests being invited. Visitors will enjoy produce sourced from Moray during the reception before being presented with goodie bags with include a miniature of Benromach Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky.
