The Whisky Bars of Edinburgh are part of the long-standing association of Whisky and the capital.  From being home to Whisky pioneers such as Andrew Usher who bequeathed the Usher Hall to the city - to the bonded warehouses of Leith, which once stored thousands of maturing casks of Scotch, Whisky has and does contribute much to Edinburgh's landscape and economy.
