Find out how the water of life is produced and one of the experienced Tour Guides will take guests through the differences in characteristics between whiskies from the Highlands, Lowlands, Speyside and Islands.

Visitors can relax in Amber Restaurant with its fantastic selection of Scottish produce open daily for lunch or evening dining Tuesday ? Sunday. There is also a whisky bar stocking over 300 Scotch whiskies and a Scotch Whisky and gift shop.

Due to our close connections with the Scotch Whisky distilling companies our selection is vast and includes over 300 different whiskies.

 With a staff base speaking up to 15 different languages, we can serve a whisky in the majority of our visitors own languages! Our expert staff can guide you through our wide selection of whiskies.

Visitors to our bar can join The Scotch Whisky Appreciation Society: membership includes an introductory taste of four specially selected Malt Whiskies, unlimited access to the whisky bar during opening hours, 10% off the list price of all our Scotch Whiskies and Scotch Whisky Liqueurs and Cocktails, an ongoing discount of £2 off each 70cl bottle of whisky in the shop, future admission to our whisky tour on a 2 for 1 basis. The membership covers 1 year.

For the enthusiast we offer a unique one day course 'The Scotch Whisky Training School' - this enables participants to gain the 'certificate of expertise' recognised by the Scotch Whisky Industry. The course covers all aspects of Scotch Whisky from production to appreciation, blending to history and is a must for the whisky lover. 

Our professionally trained staff can host whisky tasting both on site and at other venues.  Tastings are tailor made and are suitable for all guests, whether whisky connoisseurs or novices.
